Delivery service does not include all island address. Surcharge applies to shipments delivered to remote areas，e.g.：

And what’s more, the P.O. box address can not be delivered by the express method.

7. WHEN CAN I RECEIVE THE GOODS AFTER I PAY?

9. What are your hours of operation for the store? Are you open on holidays?

The operation for the store is 24/7, email us whenever you need.But for holidays, the reply may later for 8 hours than usual.
